ECLIPSEAGENT STUDIOMy account
YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR CHOICES.

Terms of Use

1. The website and these Terms

These Terms cover the Eclipse Agent Studio website, an Eclipse — Powered by Aperion experience, and its current account and profile features. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and use your sign-in provider lawfully. If you use the site for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Creating or continuing an Eclipse account requires an explicit acknowledgement of these Terms and the Privacy notice. The Privacy notice explains data handling; acknowledging it is not a blanket authorization for unrelated future uses.

2. What is available today

The website offers the showroom, provider sign-in where configured, guided Discovery, account-linked profile saving, five stock digital looks, five physical-design preferences, and checkout review. Discovery’s scripted guidance does not operate a live autonomous agent. Profile exports are personal copies, not Key activation files.

Portrait generation is waiting for its service connection. Payment, hardware orders, shipping, live agent tools, Key pairing, Community Compute jobs, compute compensation, and network credits are not enabled by this preview. Descriptions and illustrations of those features explain the intended product; they are not confirmation that the features are operational.

3. Accounts and saved choices

Use only accounts you are authorized to access, protect your sign-in, and keep your information accurate. Do not share access in a way that exposes another person’s private information. Signing out does not delete your saved profile.

A saved agent identity connects your Digital Presence and Physical Presence choices. Four-digit display numbers are provisional and are not guaranteed unique or reserved. Google and ChatGPT identities are linked only through an explicit verified action. Separate saved agents are protected from an automatic merge.

Save conflicts may require you to reload the newer account copy. Local browser drafts and downloaded profiles are your responsibility to protect and retain. Contact us if you need help with access or deletion.

4. Your content and ownership

You keep the rights you already have in content you provide. You authorize Eclipse and its service providers to process and store that content only as needed to deliver the features you request, maintain the service, address support requests, and meet legitimate legal or security obligations.

Use content and appearance directions you have the right to provide. Do not impersonate another person or upload information you are not entitled to disclose. Generated visuals can resemble other outputs, may contain mistakes, and are not guaranteed exclusive or legally protectable. Review them before publication or commercial use.

The Eclipse ownership vision does not mean that creating a preview account transfers ownership of underlying model software, provider infrastructure, branding, or stock artwork. Future purchased hardware, agent entitlements, and network-service rights will be defined in the applicable product and purchase terms. We do not use this preview agreement to claim ownership of your original content.

5. Responsible use and permissions

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, exploitation, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not bypass account controls, disrupt the service, or attempt to retrieve another account’s data. Security testing requires prior authorization and an agreed scope.

Connecting a device or increasing an agent’s capability does not automatically authorize access to files, microphones, money, tools, or physical actions. Each future connection must have its own authorization. Community Compute participation will require separate informed enrollment and terms.

6. Prices, purchases, and hardware

This website currently does not collect payment, accept a hardware order, reserve stock, or create a shipment. Saving a Key design or downloading a build brief creates no purchase commitment. The planned $0.99 app entry is separate from hardware and network services and is not charged by this preview.

Before paid services or hardware ordering become available, the applicable checkout must state the seller, total price, recurring charges if any, taxes, shipping, availability, cancellation and refund conditions, and relevant warranty terms. Future delivery dates, earnings examples, and savings illustrations are not guarantees. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

7. Guidance, availability, and responsibility

Use guided suggestions as a starting point for your own judgment. They are not a promise of income, completed work, or professional advice. Review important decisions and any generated content yourself.

This is a development preview. Features can be unavailable, change, or contain errors. Keep copies of information you need. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent preview availability, a particular commercial result, or perfect security. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Access, updates, and contact

Access may be restricted to protect users and service operation or address violations. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide a way to ask about restrictions and request access to your saved information through support.

We will publish revised Terms with a version date. Material changes to account terms may require a fresh acceptance; future purchases require the terms shown for that transaction. These preview Terms do not add mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Questions about these Terms, account access, or the service can be sent through the Eclipse contact section. Review the Privacy Policy for information handling.
